Got a project in mind? Let’s bring it to life.
FAQ.
Generally, we begin relationships with a free site visit. Here, we learn about your business, ideate together and identify any projects on the horizon. From there we put together a structured proposal with options to work together. When you've signed on the dotted line, we dive into storyboarding and logistics for production or training work, ensuring plenty of opportunity to refine and steer direction before the big day.
As much (or as little) as you like. Although we are confident guiding clients through concept and typically direct shoots for a seamless stress-free experience, we also invite clients who are keen to input to share the load. All deliverables have multiple feedback rounds to get to the right result.
Yes. In fact, it's our preference to help create briefs, rather than just receive them. Many clients are hesitant to deploy visual media because it's new to them, they're unsure which wishlist item should take priority or they struggle with the finer details. Free site visits are a great opportunity to carve out time to generate ideas with us that we can take away to create something that feels real.
We make visual media as affordable for clients as possible while retaining quality, sitting in that sweet spot between big ticket agency and individual freelancer. We have options to price production projects per-day or to invest in a bank of hours at a cost-effective rate to deploy as you see fit. All training is tailored to your needs and costed based on duration. For every engagement, transport within Lancashire, storyboarding and strategy is on the house.
For fixed-scope projects, we split payments into 50% prior to the first shoot date and 50% upon completion. Clients who invest in the 100, have the opportunity to pay monthly or quarterly — there's no financial incentive to pay all upfront. We accept most major payment methods.
It's simple. We don't price per deliverable. You pay for our time, and we advise what can be achieved in that slot, often mixing motion and stills to make the most of a set up. We're opportunistic, agile and fair with how we service clients so you don't have to gamble everything on a single asset.
Yes. We're flexible in how we support clients. From full-scale production to light-touch editing support, we find ways to create, repurpose and level up your content output. Many clients blend DIY with pro-level input to create consistent, on-brand content in a realistic budget range.
Yes. We regularly represent brands to film client testimonials, partner and third-party content. While every client is welcome to join a shoot, lots of clients rest easy and protect their time, knowing we'll remain professional and impartial throughout.
Video is daunting for everybody. We put particular emphasis on getting people comfortable in front of camera. Think less school picture day and more like a fun, off-site with opportunity to feel appreciated as an employee or client. Our crew is split into technical executors and experience managers, meaning we have a dedicated individual conducting interviews more as a conversation than an interrogation. There is never expectation to present or talk direct to camera, unless we've pre-agreed it as part of the storyboarding process.
Brand stories, docu-series, social-first content, explainers, headshots, candid imagery. The list goes on. We help to produce assets that solve a problem or capitalise on an opportunity. Often, we decide together with clients what the right fit is.
Unscripted, people-led content is our specialism. We focus on natural, documentary-style storytelling, shooting on a professional but agile set up. We work with small, friendly crews to gain the most authentic content.
We fulfil engagements anywhere in the UK. However, as is standard, transport and accommodation fees may be required outside of our home county (Lancashire).
